CANCELATIONS, REFUNDS & PAYMENTS
LESSON CANCELLING POLICY
Clients are asked to provide a minimum of 48 hour notice if they wish to cancel a lesson/class, or they will not be able to reschedule their lesson/class.
- When the required 48-hour notice is provided, the lesson/class will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time.
Clients will not receive a refund for cancelled lessons/classes.
However, lessons/classes cancelled in line with this policy will be able to reschedule the lesson/class.
If during the lesson/class, the weather stops the lesson/class from continuing then the time spent up to the nearest 30 minutes time period will be charged and the rest of the time will be added as a time credit to be used.
Example: Lesson stopped at 20-minutes out of 60-minute lesson. 30-minutes credit will be added to the next lesson/session or as soon as possible after the disrupted lesson.
Payment to Ronan Tennis & Fitness is to be made at least one week in advance. This in turn guarantees that your spot is secured for the following week.
Payments can also be made:
- One month in advance.
- Package Payment (bulk payed lessons)
- Term Payment (3 months)
